Broadband Industry Group Launch - 19 November 2003 The Broadband Industry Group was formally launched on 19 November, in central London. Speakers included John Pluthero of Energis, Kip Meek of Ofcom, Mary Turner of Tiscali UK, and Douglas McWilliams of the centre for economics and business research (cebr).
