Ofcom's Consultation on a Draft Direction concerning ADSL Broadband Access Migration Services
Ofcom undertook a review of migration charges in response to a complaint that the high level of charge was hindering choice and stifling the development of the broadband market. It issued its determination in May and announced that charges would be reduced from £50 to £11. In order to gain feedback on its decision the Regulator invited stakeholders to respond and the consultation process concluded on 28th May 2004.
